"This four way split LP features new material by Locktender, Coma Regalia, Oaken, Wounded Knee, a band I've never heard until now. Locktender start things off with one long song that incorporates elements of screamo, post hardcore, and post metal within their sound. Locktender is a band from Cleveland, Ohio featuring former members of Men As Trees. Their song is almost eleven minutes in length and is an epic, powerful, and dark piece of music. The second band on the split is Coma Regalia. Lafayette, Indiana's Coma Regalia offer up one song of tense and at times chaotic sounding hardcore/screamo that picks up where the band left off on their En Seperata LP. The third song on the split comes courtesy of Oaken. Oaken offer up one epic song of dark sounding post hardcore that exceeds the eleven minute mark. Budapest, Hungary's Oaken will appeal to fans of Monuments Collapse, Amber, and Titan. The last three songs on the split come courtesy of Wounded Knee. Wounded Knee hail from Indianaoplis, Indiana and formed earlier this year. Wounded Knee play a great style of screamo tinged hardcore/punk for fans of Daniel Striped Tiger, 400 Years, and Sleepytime Trio. Overall, this album kicks ass, with each band contributing high quality music."
